All of that along with coaching of said drills live and/or via video chat, exclusive access and mentorship from yours truly along with other defensive linemen willing and able. One of the biggest positives with all of this is the community involved. Having another support system that wants to see YOU win just as bad as you want YOU to win and will work beside you feeding off your energy and vise-versa all to see the next person win.

Who is Coach E?
Year 7 | 2022 Season Highlights
Ese 'Coach E' Mrabure is a former 1st round draft pick from the Canadian Football League. He (Mrabure) is known in the CFL as a journeyman amongst the CFL community. This title also exemplifies a couple opf other things such as perseverance, adaptability.
Coach E's football career began in high school, he was sure to make a significant impact during his senior year at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary before taking on the OUA at Wilfrid Laurier University. What sets his story apart is his relatively late introduction to the sport, demonstrating that talent can surface at any stage in one's life so long you keep two actions at the forefront. Be consistent and persevere! 2 very key elements in success between the lines and most places. My commitment to excellence has helped establish the academy as one of the first Defensive Line academy's for Canadians.

MISSION STATEMENT
When it comes to the art of pass rushing, as a coach, it is our jobs to see what you can do. Separate the good from the bad, sharpen the necessary tools, build off of said tools with counters, then continue to sharpen and craft from there. I am dedicated to helping defensive linemen improve their skills, I will be offering a range of services to meet your needs, including 1 on 1 coaching with mentorship, weekly group training sessions where we will train in a small group together. All of this comes with a supportive community of like minded individuals looking to be the best. I am committed to adapting to all the kinks we need to, the only thing I need from you, should you proceed with working with me it every session we are flying around, locked in, competing with someone-whether that be self or a fellow student. After availability, the next best thing you can be for any organization/team is adaptable. Being adaptable at the next level, whether it be Highschool, College/University, Professionally, it is always a going to keep you ahead of your competition.

1 on 1 Private Coaching
Whether you are an aspiring lineman looking to start your journey, a young bull in the art trying to improve your skills, a rising star aiming for college scholarships, a sharpened pro, looking for a hub to sharpen in -- there's something for you here to take your d-line play to the next level. 1 on 1 coaching sessions with the Passrush Sensei will be available whatever best suits your own schedule. Every training day there is room for up to 3 athletes. Each session is roughly 1.5 hours of work with a 30minute warm up. The 1 on 1 coaching season will be based around our CFL & USports off-season's. There are 2 pkgs. Gold Pkg & Silver Pkg;
Gold Pkg includes 2 on field sessions + 1 Film breakdown/study session via Zoom weekly, in-season BYE WEEK tune ups
Silver Pkg includes 2 on field sessions weekly with Offseason Film sessions only.

Group Training Sessions 2x/week
Group Sessions are going to be available all year round, these are simple drop in sessions where we cover different things on a week to week basis. The purpose of these group sessions is to build a community of straight up savages, locked and loaded at all times ready to get after it and get 1% better. No cute shit, just straight up work. Coach E will 100% be lacing up the cleats and partaking in some of the drills. I've always been a firm believer in telling ya'll to do things that I can do myself. My entire life I was surrounded by coaches that would NEVER tell me to do something that they themselves could not demonstrate before the drill began. These sessions will be 90 minutes long and be ran on a weekly basis. These are geared towards all pass rushers from Pros to Highschool athletes. Something I had the privilege of experiencing was professional level work ethic before I became a professional myself. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

These sessions will be at a different location between the 3 regions I service at. As partnerships arise with field spaces updates will follow. I want to create a safe space for young athletes to grow, older athletes to share wisdom and all athletes to get solid work in collectively. 1 of the keys to a long career is doing it around the right types of people. P|R Mentorship Program
With over a decades worth of high level football experience, dating back to my early years at Wilfrid Laurier in 2011 up until now in 2024, whatever question, situation, and/or pickle that you're in between and wondering about, ask! Chances are I have already gone through it or seen it. What else could I do with this knowledge other than to share it with the next generation and those who are to come and have come after me? This country has an immense amount of talent all over that needs to be honed in. I hope to spark a movement where it feels like a right of passage to have to share what was shared with you onto the next gen.
I have committed myself to ensuring our services are affordable and fair for everyone interested.
